Situated within the National Capitol Rotunda
In collaboration with artist Chas Fagan, McCrery Architects designed the stone base on which a new statue of former president Ronald Reagan stands. Pieces of the Berlin Wall were incorporated into the cornice of the base memorializing his role in precipitating the wall’s destruction. The statue is installed in the United States Capitol building.
